We want you to love every product you receive from B&CW. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@barrieandconnie.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
